Real Reason Why Bobi Wine Was Arrested by Police upon Arrival from the States

Kyadondo East legislator His Excellency Bobi Wine aka Robert Kyagulanyi Sentamu has this Friday 22nd September 2017 been arrested by the Uganda police force at Entebbe International airport upon arrival from official duties in the United States Of America.

The Ghetto gladiator has spent days in the states attending the Global; keepers conference 2017 in New York where he was honored with an invite the world’s rich mogul Bill Gates to deliberate upon matters especially how politics can be a foundation for youth to take a step and influential and attain leadership to stir their country and future to the promised land.

He shared special moments with world leaders, great business men and icons mention the former President of America, Barrack Obama, the Canadian premier Justin Trudeau, Her Majesty Queen of Rania of Jordan, the Nobel Prize winner Malala among others.

Though the Bikwaaase Kyagulanyi hit maker missed the hot parliamentary seating on Thursday the 21st of September 2017 where the opposition members of parliament fought tooth and nail to stop the ruling party legislators from tabling the presidential age limit bill in the August house anticipated to give another chance for the President Museveni to renew his leadership come 2021, Bobi Wine seemed to be with the opposition warriors despite being in the Diaspora and showed his solidarity ant the Entebbe airport upon arrival by standing at the top of his car holding the constitution with a red ribbon clung in his face as a warning to the NRM legislators not to dare make changes in the current set laws governing the country.

Fans of Bobi Wine who had come in numbers to take home their favorite leader were disappointed when the ‘Aidah’ hit maker faced arrest by the Ugandan law makers on charges yet to be ascertained though rumors allege the controversy base on his two minute audio clip that he posted on his social media platform critiquing the president and the opportunists willing to table and change the article 102(b) that favors the commander-in-chief to have another term come 2021.

The later was supposed to have an exclusive interview on NTV the Beat with Douglas Lwanga this Friday evening the 22nd of September 2017 but the plans seem to be in vain.

We are yet to ascertain from the Uganda police mouth piece AIGP Asan Kasingye what charges are being put up to Bobi Wine to answer.
