Mityana municipality member of parliament Hon Francis Mutebi Zaake has been hospitalised in Rubaga hospital, Kampala with two broken ribs.
The legislator was part of the MPs in the ‘Togikwatako’ pressure sect that opposed the amendment of article 102(b) of the constitution who faced the wrath of the state commandos that evicted them forcefully from August house after disobeying the speaker’s direction having suspended the later on charges of misbehaving and disrespecting her orders.
It was a fist fight on Wednesday afternoon 27th September 2017 between the MPs opposing the amendment of article 102(b) by the majority NRM members and the alleged special forces command unit that protects the fountain of honour as they opposed speaker Hon Rebecca Alitwala Kadaga’s rule over their future to leave the August house for three more seatings.
Hon Zaake broke two of his ribs and his being hospitalised. Fellow partners in crime spared some time to pay him a visit at Rubaga hospital on Thursday morning as they prepare for the way forward this afternoon after being evicted from parliament.
