Egypt defeats Ghana 2-0 in World Cup Qualifiers, bad news for Uganda

The Egypt National Team has today evening defeated Ghana Black stars to lead Group E table in World Cup Qualifiers.

The game was played in Egypt, Borg El Arab Stadium, in the west part of Alexandria today evening where over 86000 spectators were attending.

The first goal was a penalty spot scored by Mohamed Salah in the first half while Abdallah Saied scored the second goal.

Ghana looks to be the endangered specie in this competition with one point though there are still four matches remaining in these qualifiers. Egypt and Uganda are favorites of having one qualify for FIFA World Cup 2018 in Russia.

The next game, Uganda will be hosting Egypt in Kampala, January 21, 2016 a match if won, Uganda will overthrow The Pharaohs from the top position and a win on Egypt’s side will be giving the Pharaohs clear 5 points on the table with 3 games remaining.
