Edward Ssekandi’s mum makes it 100 Years today

If there is one lucky man in Uganda, it’s the vice president of the republic of Uganda, His Excellency Edward Kiwanuka Ssekandi. Seeing your mum grow to make it 100 years is a blessing everyone wish to have but unfortunately few get it.

Mama Nabukalu Virigo Kiwanuka has made it 100 years today; she was born on 23rd April 1916, during the First World War. Today she is celebrating 100 years on earth and his son was born on January 19, 1943 during the Second World War and he is currently 73 years.

Edward Kiwanuka Ssekandi who holds the recording of being Uganda’s longest serving speaker organized a party for the mum as they celebrated a centenary in their home Bukotto, Masaka. Below is the birthday Message that “Baby” Kiwanuka Ssekandi sent to his Mum wishing her more years.

Congratulations upon your 100th Birthday mom. My success in life has been due to your guidance and the way you showed us a great way to God. Your emphasis on the importance of protecting our integrity as your children and protecting the family name has been pivotal in my life. I thank God for your continued life that has enabled you see fourth generation grand children and appreciations to doctors and nurses who have played a significant role in keeping you healthy.
Happy Birthday Mom Nabukalu Virigo Kiwanuka.
